What time of day is the best to take pictures ?

i prefer at sunrise / sunset because it makes the lighting perfect. but when it's the middle of the day, and the conditions are right, i dont mind taking my camera out for some shooting

i love taking pictures between like 2-4 cause the sun is very bright

I agree with Niko after sunrise or before sunset. You get more shadows and contrast which is nice when I go old school and use black & white film instead of digital
