With the development of applications on the Adobe Air platform, lots of programs can run on all major operating systems. (Or at least the ones that can run air!) Not just on air, lots of programs are being released for both Windows and Mac, and even more are being made to support linux as well.

What's your favorite multi-platform programs?

Open Office is mine. Sure it's no MS Office, but for simple word processing it's more than I need!

I can't install OpenOffice 3.1! It keeps saying that the CAB file is corrupt! Is that true?

Firefox (although its been kinda feeling like a bad port on UNIX-type systems recently)

Not sure about skype - since the Linux version is horribly out of date. =/

but yeah
cross platform apps = makes it great for switching over to Linux! :D
