For me, so far, it's Perfect World International. I just tried Magic World Online. Forget it! I am going to uninstall it. For the time it took to download and install, it is definitely not worth it. But I have had no problem (knock on wood) with Perfect World. I'm having lots of fun on there.

World of Warcraft is AMAZING. I love it, and so does my brother and sister, who both have level 70s. My sister has a level 70 human mage on Laughing Skull, and my brother has a level 70 Tuaren, but I'm not sure what class or realm. I would be playing it right now, but my mom took away the keyboard from the computer that has WoW installed and works, and then this computer I am on has WoW but there isn't enough space to install the Echos of Doom patch.

I believe that The Saga of Ryzom is or rather was the best online game. Simply because it had a profound effect, something that I couldn't comprehend. The inner-feeling probably related to the amazing atmosphere that was illuminated to give the proper feeling of fantasy; a area where an individual can go on a entropic and fruitful journey that satisfies the needs of any online gamer. The crafting system has to be the most unique, ever. However, due to the low amount of people who play (which I have yet to understand why) and subscribed, the company decided to shut the game off since the revenue wasn't off-setting the costs. I believe it is back-up though, so go try it and join the journey.

For a game that has a much larger player-base, it has to be World of Warcraft. This game will literally grab you from the shoulders and reel you into a virtual world. It is truly outstanding. As everything is in a lot of detail it will therefore give the stronger feeling that you are the actual character (I sound a little too nerdy). Unfortunately the game is expensive, roughly coming at £8.99 monthly whilst you have to buy the expansions themselves from stores or the internet. Although there is a heavy fee to play, you should at least try the 10 day-trial and conjure up any decision that should follow. I did have a level 70 Gnome Mage, took me a lot of time to level; very exhausting but worthwhile.

City of Heroes. I've never seen 2 players with identical costumes. The depth of the missions is really good too. Very good community.

I play WoW now and think that's good, but honestly my introduction into the genre will probably always stand out; EverQuest (the original).

I think the best MMORPG I've played so far is World of Warcraft and I'm sticking to it,
I've played runescape and maplestory as well, but world of warcraft is the best to me :-)
