Ubuntu 8.10 on my home server, XP on my gamer. I'm not a hardcore Linux user, but I love the it.

I use Linux Mint, which is heavily built from Ubuntu, but has a different start menu, and all the codecs you need to go.

I'm running Ubuntu Ultimate Edition made by a guy in chicago, he was having some issues with his hosting provider so I'm not sure if the page is still up, but it's solid and upgraded to Jaunty with no problems
