nice dude,i change my mobo from the pre installed one to Asus Rampage II Gene,the Extreme edition won't fit the case so i just installed the Gene,.my Extreme will be in my cooler master haf full tower case.
the configuration on my HP Pavilion Elite now is
Case:Original Case
CPU:Intel Core i7-940(soon to be 965)
Mobo:Asus Rampage II Gene
RAM: 6 GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator(soon to be 12GB)
Video Card:Nvidia GTX 295(soon to be ATI Radeon 4870 X2 and i want to try either SLI or Crossfire)
Sound Card:Creative X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty
Optical Drive:pre-installed default
Hard Drive: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black
CPU Cooler:Zalman CNPS 9900(going for water cooling soon,lmao)
Power Supply:Antec 850 Signature series

I have a dv7-1175nr I bought from best buy the end of last year. I really love it, sometimes I wish I had a little, light one, but when I get really deep into some photoshop or other work, I love the 17 in" widescreen

hp pavilion dv2000
had this laptop for nearly 2 years
i purchased it on holiday in florida
it has had to be repaired 3 times with the same graphics card problems (common problem with this laptop)
but other then that this laptop is great and suits my needs perfectly.
until recently it has been running lightning fast but with the hard drive now full its a bit slower. nothing an external hdd wont sort out

got no HP system at the moment but maybe a OfficeJet 3600 All-In-One (Phone|Fax|Printer|Copy) and a ColorLaserJet CP1215 are worth a mention.
