Have any of you ever received sushi as a Christmas gift before?

No, I didn't actually get a gift under the tree and unwrap it to find it loaded with actual sushi, but what I did get was pretty close.

It was a 40 US$ gift certificate for a local sushi place that I have yet to go to (mostly because the person who gifted it to me hasn't taken me there yet!).

One thing's for sure-I'm going to be making the most out of this tomorrow!

Did anyone else get a sushi gift certificate today?

I got none of that, but at least I have 40 US$ worth of restaurant-quality sushi. (Too bad it'll have a hard time lasting longer than one day with my appetite for sushi-I can easily scarf down 20 pieces or so in a single meal! That's why I need to learn how to make my own sushi so badly-not only can I satiate my appetite for sushi without leaving home, but it also ends up being much cheaper that way!); ▶ Reply to This
