Spicy Tuna,Dragon Roll,Spicy Crab,Hamachi Roll, Alaska Roll. There's many others. I suppose since I'm asian, I have a slight advantage but not by too much. :D
It's called Shipwreck from a cozy Sushi bar in Bend, Oregon called Kanpai. Shrimp, cucumber, avocado, roasted peanuts, cilantro, with a house-made Thai red curry peanut sauce.
My most fav is Salmon Sashimi, if I have lots of $$ => Toro (tuna), when I want a kick => Spicy Tuna Roll (tuna, scallion, tobiko, baby radish), and because I am an island girl =>Tropical Madness (tuna papaya, avocado, macadamia nuts).
Rainbow Roll (preferably with chunks of crab meat, not the shredded kind in sauce)
Also sunshine rolls from a local restaurant and dragon rolls. Tried the pre-made packs, but hated them: a)too much rice, b)rice is dried out, since it's not fresh anymore. There's one grocery store I still go to purely because they make fresh sushi each day.
