Equipment? I do not use any type of equipment. What I enjoy the most is working out in a heated pool.
When at home, I do stretches but that is just about all. I have been thinking of picking up Yoga again.

Older women like me enjoy it because the benefits are great and the pressure on the joints are nil.

Years ago, I used free weights and moved up to better equipment as gyms started using them. I loved it.

Yes, dogs count as workout equipment.. well.. are they big dogs? Chihuahuas don't count :-P

I don't have much equipment. Most of what I have is just the basic stuff you need for P90X (which I'm starting next week).

-Pull up bar
-Push up stabilizers
-small free-weights
-a set of elastic resistance bands
-Yoga mat

hmm.. I think thats out.

I think all dogs should count. My chihuahuas have lots of energy. We play and run for shorter periods, but more often. They don't wear me out as fast as a big dog would.

The thing I like about yoga is that you can do it even when you are not feeling well. Many people use not feeling well as an excuse to skip their workout. Yoga is a good fill in for this. It is also a way to stretch your muscles before and after you workout.

I only use a pair of dumbbells for my full body excercise (yes it can be possible!!)
