Tampolining is hard! If you ever decide to go, avoid the front drop! I skinned my knees and elbows trying it.

My Week is as followed Monday Gym Chest,abbs and shoulder day 26mile bike
Tuesday back and bicepts day with 52mile cycle wednesday tricepts and back day with 26 mile cycle thursday chest,abbs,leg press and bicept day with 10 minutes on the stair machine and 26 mile cycle.
friday is leg press,abbs,aqua aerobics day. if anyone is intrested im on a high protein diet 6 small meals a day and supplement's i take Whey protein,Acai berry's and Amino Acids

I've started my third week. I had to shift one night last week, but my planned schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri at the Y. Tuesday is when I have my riding lesson, and Sunday I give a lesson which involves a lot of walking and some running. Last night I raised the weight on the leg press and biceps curl. I'm not trying to look like Ahnuld, just tone up. Just because I max out on the reps is not enough reason to move up. I got a reminder that I need to do some cardio. I've put more Village People songs on my iTouch. ;-)

Had my first exercise session at the Y today. I'm doing battle against middle age. Took my doctor's advice and I'm starting slowly by using weights that I can handle. Maxed all of my reps except the second set on the overhead press.

Exercise during the week starts off with a daily 1 hour dog walk, then upon return I lift weights upper and lower body on alternate days. I also bike for 10 to 18 miles every third day and kayak once a week. I Feel Great after a work out ;)

I get 1 hour a day for 4 days a week. I can go more but my body needs to rest!

6 hours a day of fitness is WAY too much. olympic weightlifters don't put in that kind of time. if you guys would like some help putting together a program, i'd be glad to help you out. i can set you up something much more beneficial, the results will come faster, and most importantly, you'll have an extra 5 hours in the day to do something else you enjoy. anyone looking for any training help, just message me, i'd be more than happy to get your diet set up, or a workout program for ya, or anything else anyone has questions about.

I joined the local YMCA yesterday. Tomorrow night I meet with a trainer to set up my schedule. I'm excited because they have even more electronics that I do.

Got my orthotics back today so circuit training class tomorrow!
