I kind of go for simple and clean. I was using "Daum Blue" for a while, but "Mangan" updated recently so I switched back to that. There's also "Just Dark" which is a more monochromatic take on the Firefox Default theme, and "Unofficial Dublin," neither of which I could use at the moment since they haven't been updated to compatibility with my current install of Firefox 3.5.2.
It's great that there are so many themes available, it seems like there's something for everyone.

My favourite is Default with 'Use Small Icons' turned on. Call me lame if you will ;-)

Hi, the Abstract theme is my favourite although now I am using Firefox personas instead http://www.getpersonas.com/

Downside about Personas is that the images have to be downloaded every time you start firefox (from what I've seen) -- it won't cache them locally.

My fav firefox them is Chromifox Extreme 3.0.7 very clean and nice ..

MacOSX Theme. It's not to dark nor to bright.
