I'm on Windows Vista Home Business Edition, and using Firefox 3.5.5.

Problem: I can't use Firefox to access eBay.co.uk - every time I click on a page anywhere on the site, I get a blank page displaying nothing but a "Http/1.1 Bad Request" error message.

Once in a blue moon a page might appear, but as soon as I click on the next page, it's another blank with the same error message. Firefox is totally unusable on ebay.co.uk.

There seem to be no problems on any other sites. I update Firefox regularly, and, as far as I recall, I've had the problem through the past couple of updates. I can't recall exactly when it started, but the problem has definitely been since I upgraded to 3.5.

Any ideas what's up and how to fix it? I'm using Internet Explorer 8 to access eBay at the moment, but I'd prefer not to use that browser if at all possible. I want my Firefox back for eBay!

Firefox: A free, fully-fledged internet browser.

This is how software should be.

I used to use Firefox 3.5 but then when I added bookmarks to my bookmarks toolbar, the icons wouldn't show up...so I downgraded to Firefox 3...it is still fast though...I even added the Geeks Firefox add-on.

@Veronica
FireFox 3.5 has become very slow. And crashy.
Me and my friends think it's because they've added so much stuff into 3.5, and they're still working on fixes for it all. They should release an update that will be much better later on.
But, I sure hope it doesn't become one of those IE things where they add all sorts of stuff that isn't even in use yet... O.o

A few days ago I browsed add-ons for the first time in about three month. I was surprised to see those new add-ons become more and more useful and fun. So I spent longer time customizing firefox and Net-surfing over the past few days than usual. The firefox has been my best browser from two years ago.

I think so. At least I could use it to find out what functionality had been disabled at work.
