usually specialized software is the way to go with this kind of stuff

If your looking to build your own I'd suggest looking up Rigging, Modeling, Texturing, and Weighting tutorials.

If your don't want to make them and want to use some try Turbo Squid they have alot of pre-designed models for use of animation and similar things like that.

AutoCAD should be DXF format I believe.

Here would be a model that would work in AutoCad.
