"Common traits amongst people who have reached self-actualization are:
They embrace reality and facts rather than denying truth.
They are spontaneous.
They are interested in solving problems.
They are accepting of themselves and others and lack prejudice. "
Do you think that you are self-actualized? From what I see, even though my life is pretty confusing, I seem to fit the description well enough. Any tips if you are?
My personal tip: your brain is your best friend. Feed it and challenge it every day, and don't starve it to death. Most of all, remember that you can make a difference if you keep a clear head on your shoulders and a creative mind in your skull.
What can I say. I am open minded to many things but I view on every thing. I try not juge others but I feel it needs to be done at times. I would be telling you a lie if I said I was not prejudice.
I know what I know and thats all that matters. In my world I am God. For all that I have said I feel
that I have don well.
I guess i am not self-actualization LOL
I don't know about that. I figure the more money you have, the least likely you are to be self-actualized. I met a billionaire about three weeks ago and it was like no one ever told him he was wrong in his life. He was living in a strange lavish dream world. Solving every problem you have with money isn't exactly "Problem Solving".
How's 3 outta 4? I embrace Reality, although I try to escape from it all the time I'm Spontaneous,I do stupid stuff without thinking a lot Interested in solving problems,my own, everyone else can go jump in a lake Accepting of Self, Others and without Prejudice.OK, here's where you got me.
I feel everything is in order in my life, mabe a little more money and better stuff along the way. I've seiriously figured out what I need and what I don't need if I'm planning on moving. In reality all thoes people you see on tv shows that buy there first house say they can't pay there dept off or get proper licences for different things. Well lets see, here are the things they buy that they absolutly don't use that often; quads, motorcycles, pools, snowmobiles (unless your in the artic), extra toys for kids they don't have, collections that just clutter, extra food, 4 or 5 cats/dogs, 3 or more veicles, big boat, toy houler/camper, trailers, 8 guns, 9 fishing poles, 5 tv's, 3 or more bathrooms, extra rooms, tools that are used once, other things that are used once. I'm not like that, I use stuff that I use over and over again.
