Wordpress. And not wordpress.com but wordpress on your own server for which you pay for.

I agree that the one you run on your own server is better, but it looks like he's asking about the free web based blogs. Still...Wordpress is better. :)

I've used both, but I prefer Wordpress.

Without a server i use blogger.
Wordpress.com doesn't let you upload themes.

Blogger and I have gotten along well.
