I don't see why you wouldn't be able to...you would just insert the disc and choose the upgrade option, right?

If you can upgrade from the beta to the RC (insert the disc, open the installer from the disc in Windows 7 and select upgrade) then I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to in the actual release.



But MSFT has been known to do pretty weird stuff.

You may just be able to register a new key. I do not know for sure, but frankly, I'd rather doa clean install.

At least it wouldn't be to bad to do a fresh install. It only takes like 15 mins.

well,a its generally impossible to upgrade from windows 7 rc to its official release,because by that way,microsoft will suffer huge moneyloss and many people will get to know that there is not much difference in beta and official release,so i would say get a proper release on october 22 and make a clean install of it
