As all people know (who play Xbox 360) the most dreaded thing a Xbox owner could get is the Red Ring Of death. The red ring of death is a error code for Xbox consoles that means "internal error" (according to Microsoft @ Xbox.com). There is a couple of home remedies such as the so called "Towel Trick (Strongly NOT recommended to do) ,but other than that the red ring of death makes you send in your xbox 360 into Microsoft to be repaired/replaced which takes up to 5 weeks. I hope Microsoft will Rid the Xboxes of the red ring of death SOON!
I went through three 360's in about a year (RROD). I then purchased a ps3 and haven't had any problems with it but now its on ebay because i want a second monitor.
I hope Microsoft will be rid with xboxes altogether if i'm honest..
The first one was ok, I liked that you could chip it and store games and movies on the hard drive but really ultimately they're just a cheap rip-off of playstation.
Save your pennies for just a little longer and go the ps3!
That's just my opinion... :)
pls show us where you take those info..sony used to have cd/dvds when all the others console was still use, the cartridge, online gaming was in the ps2 as well, and used to play movies when xbox wasnt even come out, pls.
Dude if you really wanna get technical about it, Sony copied Nintendo when it comes to online console gaming, ever heard of XBAND?
Vibration in the controller itself was available on PS1.
Playing movies on consoles was available on ps1 with a vcd player, and natively on the ps2. Not to mention that the oppurtunity for the sega cd, and saturn to play movies was always possible due to the cpu's being able to handle FMV games.
Putting a harddrive in a console is also incorrect in stating that the first was a ps2, the first was technically for the saturn in an add on cart.
HDMI is a standard, microsoft copied it from everyone else then.
And how the hell do you see the PS3 copying the wii? Because of the controller? Dude if thats not copying, thats marketing.
Wifi built in....once again, its a standard, which microsoft still charges extra for btw.
And internet browsing was first available on the dreamcast.
SO.....as you can see, you need to check your facts.
