I am not in a war my motto is what ever floats your boat. I think a lot of people argue about it though because everyone in their own mind thinks they are better then other people and have better things then other people. and people will let you know it to especially online.
They are both good, very good. The problem these days is that there is little both sides can do to make their OS's revolutionary. I mean, now it's like tweaking, and tuning. You know, a new paint job or a new style on the same type of car that gets you to the same place, but it's a new model ya know? Windows 2000 does alot of what todays systems do, browse the net, write letters send email, let you creat websites, spreadsheets, and on and on. NOw of course not as efficient maybe as now, but the same nonetheless.
The problem IS that the operating systems are REVolutionary instead of EVOlutionary. Bettering an already working technology to evolve it into something that does more is better than going from XP to Vista. :(
I use both, but I recognize superiority. 90% of users don't realize that there is better options out there, and are usually too stubborn to even try something else.
I am so bored of the OS wars. Why can't someone just make a superüber-powerultrasonic-OS that will beat Windows and Mac?
I personally think mac is better than windows. I only have windows computers, but still, I think mac is better.
