I use Qwest DSL, it has minutes of perfect internet at a crawling 1.5 mbps, followed by hours of 1,000-5,000 ms latency.

speed test.net is such a unreliable source its amazing.

try downloading Linux distro from a uni and post your download speed.

Heck im on 24mb on downloads i can get 2.8mb/sec downloading

speed test recons i have 10mb which is not possible if im downloading at 2.8mb/sec
