What's the worst thing that happened to your computer?

I was trying to speed up my computer so I was doing a bunch of tweaks to it. I was trying to move all my fonts to a new folder in my C:\ drive and I highlighted all of them and accidentally clicked properties and hundreds of windows popped up and it crashed my computer... I was so pissed at myself>:(

While going through troubleshooting on the phone with HP, the HD and the cd-rom went down while trying a re-format with Ghost recovery CD. Laptop was shipped for repairs and I later installed XP Home Edition and all was well.

I put a HDD in once without turning off the PC, and fried my motherboard + two HDD. One of the HDD started smoking. I unplug things now.lol

I dual booted XP and Vista and XP install automatically set it as active HD and removed Vista as active HD then XP install failed and I had to reset partitions using boot cd which didn't boot for some reason and only 5th one actually loaded and worked

well i was on my computer and smelt somethin realy odd lke dust burning!
And looked down at my computer and steam was coming outta it! (this was a back up pc PHEW)
I siched it off and studeyed it....
and i found the leads that connected to the mother board to the case where in poudles lol

My little brother pored a liquid substance (water i think) into my computer, through the top fan, (Antec 1200 gaming case) and $2000 in smoke.

Why you ask, Because he was BORED.
