Whats the best Auto GPS unit?

I have a Navigon 7100 and I have heard that the Garvin is most popular. Another thing that I have heard is that it is the Government that owns all of the Satellites that every one of the GPS' get their information from. So, it really doesn't much matter.

You can even use your Cell Phone to be your GPS.

I don't know much about the units but I think TomTom provides the best software.

The better are multi media GPS, very useful.
