It might be a pride thing, though, but I wouldn't want to live some place that was "less" than the house I was renting out; i.e. I wouldn't want an apartment if I have enough money to buy a house and rent it out.

I'd be willing to live on less month-to-month if it meant I could live in a house I fully own as opposed to an apartment.; ▶ Reply to This
