After reading all of these, I like some of the ideas I've seen here.
I would probably keep it for about a month - and for anybody who can prove its theirs, I like the idea of a 20% safe-keeping fee. ;)
But yeah, after a month, I'd probably just spend it slowly.
Last summer I found £50 sticking out of the cash machine I was about to use. I took the money into the bank and reported it. They took the money and gave me a reciept, telling me that if no-one claimed it in so many days it would be mine. As I walked out of the bank I noticed the manager chuckling to himself. Needless to say I never heard a thing from them regarding the money.
Based on that experience I would have no hesitation in keeping the whole lot!! I only allow myself to be taken for an idiot once.
Who do u know would ask someone if they lost money. Ofcourse the person will say yes, even if its not theirs. So keep it mannnnnnn .........................
lol there was a similar question on th radio thismorning. it was. what would you do if the bank accidently put 10,000,000 bucks into your bank account without noticing.
I Would use it to take a very long trip to Canada because I have alot of family their that I hardly see except once every two years or something along those lines, plus i'm really close with my cousins from their so I would use some of it to travel to Canada for a really really really long while and the rest, probably save up to use on more travel.
