With my hosting company, all I got was the choice between linux and windows - I didn't have a clue, from what I've heard - Linux is more stable! So Linux won it for me :)

Windows Server 2003. We are planning to upgrade to Server 2008 soon.

Take care.

All my servers are Windows Server 2003. I have started to migrate one of them over to Server 2008 (my active directory/DNS server)

I also work at a datacenter and i would say a good 90% of all of our servers are running windows server with uptimes well over a year :)
