What is your favorite dish to eat?

My favorite dish? hmm... I really like anything in the pasta family. ( to get all specific, lol) But being a hobbiest gardener and chef, it is hard to beat a salad with homegrown greens, tomatoes, and olives with a homeade vinigrette thrown on top!

nothing wrong with a homemade salad plus the ingredients are very local that way. i am all about buying locally so awesome man

I love a good plate of spaghetti and meatballs! I also like Chinese food :)

noting wrong with chicken hearts. actually you can make an excellent pate' or terrine with them


And since i am Italian, spaghetti and meatballs sounds really great
