I am disappointed as well but theirs always 2012. I hope and pray that our new president will lead with integrity and honesty. Now that he's our elected president I will stand behind him and support him.

Pretty damned happy about it, to be honest. The Republicans have spent the last eight years mired in divisive politics creating too much of a we/they attitude in this country. Since 9/11, we've been lead around by the nose by a policy of fear mongering.
I have great respect for John McCain and what he's done for this country. I question his judgment in choosing Caribou Barbie Sarah Palin as his running mate without thoroughly investigating her background. And actuarial tables indicate that the odds were pretty good that this loony would have wound up as president before 2012 came around.
Palin in the end didnt do anything. Good or bad. And Hilary? Are you Okay? Their from two different parties. Mcain had a uphill road because of teh Bush administration, and for his sake he did fairly well. All well. Lets see Obama do something.
I know McCain and Hilary are from different parties. I meant in terms of her experience. Palin was not experienced enough and her hyper religious beliefs. He early interviews showed that. Not being able to name a few news papers or what the Bush Doctrine is or articulate her approval or disapproval of it.
