It's beside the point when it comes to giving our support for those who are sent to fight. That's they're job. They're only doing what they're told. That's why the "support our troops" campaign started in the first place. A lot of people didn't agree with why we were going to war. There are no provisions to pick and choose if you want to participate in a particular war or not. I know this first hand because I live less than 50 mile from his district. He has not done one thing for that district and the only reason he is still in office there is because no one wants to run for that area because of the mess he made it. He also was the Mayor in Cleveland which there was a recall to get him out of office that he narrowly survived. He was also awarded for being one of the worst Big City Mayors of all time from 1820 to 1993.

I agree with OmniDragon and Michael, If you have not served don't understand that most of our troops believe in what they are doing. I say this being a Dessert Storm Vet who saw what the Iraq troops did to in Kuwait. I am a proud Vet and support our troops where ever they go and I don't mean just the US troops either.; ▶ Reply to This
