In high school i played basketball, football/soccer, and batminton. Now I just go to the gym once a week.

I cycle & do triathlons (from std distance to IronMan distance) which are really fun - just training for them keeps you fit, focused & out of mischief.

I did cross country and track in high school, now I only run occasionally, and recently took up Wing Chun Kung Fu.

I play Basketball, Softball and Football. I also Swim, skate, ride my bike, go hiking with my dog, and I used to be in track and field doing shotput and discus.
