Click this Ready 2 Rumble Revolution badge on or before February 6, 2009. That's the giant red boxing glove you see below - that's what you have to click first.
Then, leave a comment below (in this post) explaining why you want a Wii - I'll also count comments on for the corresponding blog post on chris.pirillo.com. They'll be mixed in together, and one winner will be selected at random.
If we generate the most legitimate clicks through this badge, I'll be the grand prize winner - and if that happens, I'll give the Wii to one of you.
Pretty easy to do, no?
Okay, now if you haven't figured it out by now - Ready 2 Rumble Revolution is the next installation in the series. It's pretty much like the other R2R games you've known and loved, except for one small detail: it's now available on the Wii. Suffice it to say, R2R is probably the funniest boxing video game you'll ever experience. Time to stand up and start swinging your Wiimote and Wii nunchuk until you get a TKO!
So, the first thing you need to do is click the giant boxing glove here:
And if you've never loved R2R, maybe the chance of winning a Wii for yourself will change your mind?
So, are you ready to rumble? [and yes, "The Voice of the Champions," Michael Buffer, famous for his "Let's Get Ready to Rumble" remark, will be the host of your R2R Revolution gaming experience.]
NOTE: The contest is now over. We came in second place this time, so I won't have anything to give away. However, they're going to be doing a second contest, so stay tuned for a new thread.
I'd like to win a Wii just for the sole fact of loving video games. The Wii would also be a chance to bring my family together even more, without the use of a violent resource. I've always envied the Wii owners - just as it always seems to be a fun little console.
I don't want one that badly, I can never concentrate on games long enough. But lately I've been interested in some interesting games...it'd be pretty sweet if I got one! I have no games or consoles. If not, it's just as good if someone else got it, right? 8)
Hi Chris, I want a wii because i would like to give it to my nephew who lost his mom almost a year ago because she snacked on a cookie that had small buts of walnut in it and she had an allergic reaction to it causing her throat to close up and she passed away leaving her husband and her 9 year old son. I would love to be able to shine a little light in his life and give him a reason to smile. I am not into consoles very much for my personal usage as i get my game on with my PC- but they are fun nonetheless.
I would love to win a Wii for my mother funnily enough. It's her birthday soon and I have just been made redundant and thus,, resulting in less money. So there's no money for me to lovingly purchase one for her. She has been wanting one ever since they were first released, but never really did actually manage to get one. And yes, she is quite an active mum!
I'd love to win a Wii so I can stack them with my other 51! After a little bit of painting I may call them a deck of cards and I can finally use the for something fun! I never really understand how to use that thing anyway...
