Click this Ready 2 Rumble Revolution badge on or before February 6, 2009. That's the giant red boxing glove you see below - that's what you have to click first.
Then, leave a comment below (in this post) explaining why you want a Wii - I'll also count comments on for the corresponding blog post on chris.pirillo.com. They'll be mixed in together, and one winner will be selected at random.
If we generate the most legitimate clicks through this badge, I'll be the grand prize winner - and if that happens, I'll give the Wii to one of you.
Pretty easy to do, no?
Okay, now if you haven't figured it out by now - Ready 2 Rumble Revolution is the next installation in the series. It's pretty much like the other R2R games you've known and loved, except for one small detail: it's now available on the Wii. Suffice it to say, R2R is probably the funniest boxing video game you'll ever experience. Time to stand up and start swinging your Wiimote and Wii nunchuk until you get a TKO!
So, the first thing you need to do is click the giant boxing glove here:
And if you've never loved R2R, maybe the chance of winning a Wii for yourself will change your mind?
So, are you ready to rumble? [and yes, "The Voice of the Champions," Michael Buffer, famous for his "Let's Get Ready to Rumble" remark, will be the host of your R2R Revolution gaming experience.]
NOTE: The contest is now over. We came in second place this time, so I won't have anything to give away. However, they're going to be doing a second contest, so stay tuned for a new thread.
I would like to win a wii because I have a little brother who is 9 years old. Tom loves the wii, he always mucks around with the stand for the wii whenever we go to Game. We dont have any games consoles in our house and this computerr is not capable of running any games. I'm sure my brother would love to be able to play with his little friends on the wii. I would love to see him happy...at last.
I'd love a Wii so I can get a chance to let my little cousins (8 and 7) a chance to come over and play. Their dad is in Iraq and they don't have much fun anymore since my aunt works all the time. It would be awesome for my cousins, my mom and dad, my brother, and I to all have fun in the living room playing Wii.
I would like to win the Wii so I could give the Wii Fit program a try. Any additional incentive to exercise would be great and I don't currently own any kind of gaming console. Thanks! :)
I want to win the Wii because I love gaming, Xbox360, PS3 and on the PC. My wife has no interest in the games I play but when I borrowed my dad's Wii for a weekend we had such a laugh playing Wii Sports. I know if I win this then my wife and I will have hours of quality time together gaming which in return will save my marriage. I also have a 17 month old son who I want to get into gaming as soon as he can hold a controller and the Wii would be the perfect console for this.

Sheesh, hard to top the rest of ya'll. Well here goes....
I'd like the Wii because i have nothing else! I play some starcraft on the pc, but i can't seem to get my girlfriend interested in it, too difficult for her. And i don't have any console at all. Plus, seeing as how i have severe RSI it's hard for me to play, aswell as stay away from using the computer itself at all. Which is preventing me from healing fully. With no insurance and unable to afford to even see a doctor right now, i don't see me getting better anytime soon. Maybe a Wii can help? Seems more helpful than programming and computing daily.
I would like to win a Wii because it would help me to receive the respect that I must have with my sister. Everyday we fight about something thats completely nonsense. We arugue aprox. 1-3 hours long. I just want to stop it. I dont want to hurt my sister anymore. Sure we do not get along with each other, but she is still my sister. She is family. I try not to do something that I will regret but then it is so tempting to fight back. For once, I just want to know how it feels like without fighting with my sister. That's why I want to win a Wii in order to have a great bonding experience. I just wanna play a game that me and my siter would like to play. And who knows maybe we will get long with each other someday.
