For all of the fans of VLC media player the new version: VLC media player 1.0.0 - Goldeneye has been officially released.

I remember using the first version of VLC Media Player 0.8.2 released back in 19 Sep 2005, and it sure has come a long way.
I use it as my primary DVD player, and of course for all of my other video media.

heard the beta was buggy as hell.....i know 0.99 ran like garbage vs the more stable 0.8.6

i'll give it a try later on but i like bs player pro for now :)

on a second note if it still doesn't support rm and rmvb files i'm gonna be pissed lol

Awesome.
I've always found that VLC tends to skip the first and last second or two of any audio or video being played, which seems to have been fixed here.
