There are a ton of sites for nearly any product out there...especially Apple sites that are continually telling people what's going on with Apple and when things are expected to come out.
Apple has a pretty steady refresh calendar, and it's even though they upgrade their processors etc. A VERY little at a time with no major jumps any one even remotely familiar with them should know they need to wait and buy right after the most recent refresh. This is good practice with ANY product line.
People amaze me that they can't Google something and get the info they need. It's all right out there for the taking so to speak.

Also, with that said...this type of situation is something that people are always going to have problems with. It's hard to find out you should have waited on something, but even when you do wait a new product with new features is right around the corner, and will always bum you out.

It's kind of like the old saying regarding couples waiting for the right time to have a baby and start a family. The saying basically goes...if you wait until the right time to have a baby...you never will.

So, it people wait until the right time to get the latest and greatest and keep putting off the purchase because something newer, faster, cheaper and better is right around the corner...well...they won't ever buy anything. See the connection? People just have to learn to be happy with what they buy and have. I research the heck out of all my purchases, and here is the key...right after I buy say a camera...I don't go back to ANY camera sites or watch camera reviews for a long time...until I'm ready for the next one. It works and everyone should try it! LOL.; ▶ Reply to This
