What do you mean this place is amazingly different?

The only thing that has been removed is the "Who Is Online" feature.

I guess that's maybe all. When you're an old sucker like me, things get goofed :D

I hope so... and I was told to remove that feature. Should I turn it back on again?

I wont say it is a feature that we must have Chris, but it was nice to look and see who was online sometimes so we could go drop some people some comments and have conversations etc.

From what I have read from people on here, they miss it. I suppose I do too.

See Grant, when you stay gone so long a lot of things can change. Hang out with us more. I miss ya.

The majority has spoken! Ok, ok, perhaps it wasn't the majority...only 2 of us. lol
Thanks Chris. I don't care what anyone says. You're one helluva crazy & awesome dude ;-)

Mr. Chris Bossman:

Thank ye kindly for reinstating the scrolling who is online dohickey. As you are likely aware, I had started a discussion on this very issue. The discussion was couched in my (as usual) obfuscating, implied humor style. Unfortunately, admittedly, I did get carried away a bit. After a bit of a nudge, I removed said discussion. But before I did, the vast majority of posts indicated that they liked the feature and wanted it back.

The scroll dohickey is an optin or optout type of thing. Those who do not want to see it, can turn it off. Those who like it, like me and lots of others, like to have it on. For a variety of reasons. We find it a very kewl feature of this site.

Which BTW, is one kewl site. Really. I been on the net forever and often use Lockergnome. I have recommended this site to many others. My only regret is that it took me a good long while to discover it.

Thanks for the reinstatement - cheers. JoW
