Noticeably slower? Every day?

yes even the startup and shutdown.
I don't know, i think i need to reinstall mac osx

That's probably a good idea. However, be sure to reinstall using an "Archive and Install" and click the check box asking you if you want to preserve user settings.

When did you buy it? Is it a MB (White) or a 13" MBP (Aluminium)? What's the configuration?

i bought it like 6 months ago and its the MB aluminum
