So are you already in the Christmas spirit?

So how many of you already in the Christmas spirit? Are you hanging lights or listening to Christmas music? Getting organized for that big family gathering? I already got my food for
Thanksgiving done and can't wait to watch the NFL game, drink beer, and cook my turkey.

BTW what exactly is the big deal about Thanksgiving? We don't have that over here in the UK. In fact we have no bank hols between August 31st and Dec 25th.; ▶ Reply to This

That said, it's too early and yet it's being pushed pretty hard in the media. ABC Family is airing a sort of "Countdown to Countdown Christmas", for example...

And I usually burn out on Christmas music two weeks after Thanksgiving and they've been playing it on the radio off and on since right after the elections, so I expect to be burned out by December first.; ▶ Reply to This
