On PC1 with shared files

Start > Run > Type "cmd" > Click "OK"

type "ipconfig" > Press Enter

locate and copy IP address of pc1

On PC2

Open My Computer

Type in the Address Bar: \\192.168.1.100

Replace 192.168.1.100 with the actual IP of PC1

Also, some wireless routers have a security setting that prevents computers from seeing each other.

Scan your wireless security configs for something like: Wireless Isolation or AP Isolation

AP Isolation:
Creates a separate virtual network for your wireless network. When this feature is enabled, each of your wireless client will be in its own virtual network and will not be able to communicate with each other. You may want to utilize this feature if you have many guests that frequent your wireless network.

You didn't say whether or not your machines are Windows OS or not. I'm going to assume that they are.

You should first make sure that all of your machines are in the same Work Group. (Properties of "My Computer" then "Advanced System Settings" then "Computer Name" then click on the "Change" button. Here you will see the Work Group name where you can change it to be the same on all machines.

After you do his then also go to Control Panel then Folder Options. You should remove the check mark from "Simple File Sharing".

You should also be signing onto every machine with the same User ID and the same Password.

You can also set up a Shared Folder by going into the properties of the folder that you want Shared and giving "Full Control" to Administrators and the paticular User ID that you want to Share things with.
