Podcasts / Vodcasts on a Windows Mobile Device

Hi Guys,

I have recently got a HTC HD and am loving it. My main problem is getting Podcasts and VodCasts on it easily. Does anybody know of some Windows software that will automaticlly download and sync Podcasts / Vodcasts. The HTC HD allows it to be connected as a mass storage if this helps.
