Playstation Underground is dead, Playstation Network to come.

I just got an e-mail saying that I needed to make a new Playstation Network account, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I was thinking that I needed to make a new account, but I'm not sure. I tried to make a new one, using the same e-mail address but it said that it was already in use, so I'm guessing I have to wait for it to expire. Does anybody know the day it's going to come out?
