What are the stats on your system? I've tried installing it on a few different systems and it seems it's really picky about the hardware you're using. Post your stats and maybe I can help you out.

and yes it is veeeary picky on the hardware im using it on my dell laditude d610 with 1gbof ram 1.60ghz prosesor im erasing the windws parition right now

that is true,and it is really risky for your computer too.and i think it's not updatable.

OSX86 is not a good idea. If you don't have ultra-compatible hardware, it's not going to work.
