Netbook,what brand to buy.

Hello,i'am looking to buy a decent netbook to web surf plus 2d gaming. What are the best brands out here to buy for bang for the buck? as they would say. I have a budget of $300 to spend. any recommendation be great thanks :) happy 4th july

Permalink Reply by John Silver on July 4, 2009 at 8:48am: It's all about the HP Mini. Trust me, after you by an Asus or other you will wish you had. I think you will find the keyboards on most netbooks are absolutely useless for typing because the keyboard is so small your hands are cramped or bent funny.

Special keys like FN, shift, control and alt end up in stupid areas so you hit the wrong keys all the time. The mini has a BIG keys, easy to type with and all the keys are in the right areas. No stupid FN or Shift keys where they should not.

And as always with HP... the Mini is built with great parts and feels like a quality product.

(You will hit the Up or Right arrow instead of Shift every time... which really screws up your typing)
