Need help and such

I currently have a few problems and such, with Christmas and such appearing, I am getting a new computer and need a few answers to my problems and such.

1) Can one transfer his entire computer (such as mine) to his new one with the same and/or different operating system?

2) Does one need iTunes and QuickTime and such to sync music and such into ones iPod?

3) Does Windows 7 or Windows XP Support Hebrew and/or Arabic? If not, how much does this cost to get translations properly without misspells?

4) Does Windows 7 support .xls .doc .txt .docx ect without the need to buy Microsoft Office?

5) If you have two monitors, can one run a different operating system on each without the need to have two different computers?

Please Answer my questions, help would be great. :)
