Need a web-based video conferencing site - Similar to tinychat

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a site almost exactly like tinychat, but with just a couple more features.

- Add moderators
- Private Messaging other members of the chat

It has to support at least 60 users [preferably more]
And it has to allow everyone to broadcast video and/or audio.

And obvious features e.g. ban users, etc.

Also highly preferable that no registration is required to chat.

Maybe a few of these will get you what you need or at least a little closer. I occasionally use some of these myself, but it sounds like you need more than what my needs are:
