Matz, i remember back in the late eighties when my father came home from work and gave me and my brother our first cassette tapes and consequently our first albums. I had Thriller, my brother had BAD... They were my first albums ever and the first time i started my interest into music.
In that sense Michael Jackson's songs, always will be part of my childhood, which is the case i suspect for many people. My youngest brother whom is 14 years old never understood the fascination that his two elder brothers had for MJ songs, especially since they were in his view out of 'fashion' but more importantly his impression was of the negative publicity and court excursions, as this was happening at the time, he had missed out on most of the songs and had gained his impressions without giving a justify-able listening to any one track, and mainly by the thoughts of his friends etc. Now i introduced him to the songs this past February by way of birthday gifts of special editions of thriller, bad, and dangerous and he is a huge fan at least of the talent of MJ.

May you rest in peace and may god forgive your transgressions Amen.
