They're simply after his money.

No one was able to prove him (even remotely) guilty.

Long live the King of Pop.

I still think he is a predator, sorry.

I second that.

he admitted to sharing a bed with young boys.

But again no proof of paedophilia. Jackson denied the sexual abuse allegations, saying that the sleepovers were in no way sexual in nature

I thought he was great at one point in my life...
He should have left his face well enough alone. He was a great looking guy and destroyed himself, repeatedly. As for his ridiculous behavior that got him in trouble with the law more times than most,, i.e. see O.J. He got off well given the veracity of the charges, not once but multiple times. He is a very lucky wealthy man, and unfortunatly due to his own stupid decisions has to sit in exile living it up over seas for a few years, gosh that's tough.

Sorry, but there are so many so worse off whom have so much less, and get serious time in jail for so much less, oh yeah, and are often innocent but get charged guilty because of their unfortunate circumstances, and cannot afford the counsel of multimillion dollar legal teams.
Life is often unfair.

Yeah the face was a mistake, and i do agree with you Renderedcook people have gone to jail for a lot less, but the media i feel had a hand in destroying his career to an extent

I don't disagree that the media had a hand in destroying his career. After all the media goes where the money is and where they will garner the most eyeballs. The media also gave him un imaginable fame, and wealth too, remember??
And this is something that he had the power and resources to control, if in fact he had just an imoticum of self control, and a handful of advisors just not saying "YES" to his every whim.

You cannot sit there and tell me that he is not at all responsible for where he is today. I believe that everyone here is more intelligent than that. That said, he ain't that bad off. He's about to undergo (if in fact he shows) a tour that will probably net him many more millions if he does not screw it up, cause he still has millions of fans over seas. Oh yeah, he also has the ability to go where he's still loved. Mike ain't doin as bad as people might be led to believe.

Yes, the media plays a big role in how we are all directed what we watch, do, act on and otherwise in life, but we all make our own decisions at the end of the day.

Hmm good point the adage you reap what you sow does come to mind, also your assumption is correct in that he allowed media access into his life and it gave him the lifestyle he leads. The only question i have is that the courts scrutinized every aspect of his life, he stood faced with many charges, i remember how the police closed his ranch. But you cannot ignore the fact that he came out innocent. I also am aware that he employed a good lawyer. But if he was guilty and he has stood in front of the courts in more than one occasion then surely this may have resulted. But again in all counts he was innocent and subsequently acquitted.

All true, an untainted jury of his peers ? I dunno. But neither here nor there, just as is the case with many, he was given the innocent sign, and hopefully for himself he never gets into any of these types of issues again.

However, I think his own self indulgence and lack of self control will eventually ruin himself.
It is sad to see.
