Yes I know it is absurd. It was meant that way, because by movie standards there is truly no being that has ever been as strong as Neo. Not even Jesus in Passion of the Christ >.> ....

also if you count him as anakin skywalker he destroyed the jedi order just as the privious neo's desrtoed the matrix so it could begin again.

another starwars refrence but you may not know it darth bain was also very oneish but only for the darkside in the time between the old republic seris and the movies he killed all of the sith because by sith code there should only every be 2 sith in the galixy but at the time there were thousands just like the jedi so he killed them all so that he could start the sith order over again the way it was suposed to be
for those who have no idea what im talking about its the rule of two
one master one aprentice
one embodies power the other craves it
this is why the sith are stronger than the jedi every sith is more powerfull than the one who came before it simce the only way a sith can become the master is by killing its master

That might be an interesting point of view Brandon. Yet the One if you ask me has full control of it's powers only in the system(more likely the matrix). Outside of it it's just like anyone else. Still if any of the other characthers(not basically from the Matrix but from any movie0,) if they were to be plugged into the matrix and try to be more powerfull than the One it will depend on their hope. Hope is a verry important thing in the matrix and the One has let's say all the hope in the world so that's why it can possibly beat any enemy and distort the reality and such things. Also here is at work the Law of Attraction which if you think you will fail to finish the task you want to acomplish than this will happen, if you keep hoping there is going to be finished than you will succeed. I tried it on my own skin. Really wanted to change my PC since was a really old crappy one(made in 2004) and last week just bought one.
