internet bandwidth caping reseach project

im doing a research project about internet bandwidth capping and i need some help. i need to prove something about how it should be changed. i need some good info about capping and other stuff. like what is the average home usage of bandwidth. what are some problems with capping and other stuff like that

Permalink Reply by Paul Druer on April 21, 2009 at 6:58pm: There are many issues with caping with my family many of my family members love youtube and also we send many large zip files to other family members of photos and other things and do you notice its mostly cable providers that are caping its because less and less people are using tv and more people using Hulu and other online video. My rogers internet plan has a 95gb bandwith cap yet a 10mb/s download speed well think about it you can't really use that download speed constandty or you go over your limit very quickly. I think a resisble cap is say 400gb and after that they just cut you off because enless you torrent like made you can't hit that amount the most iv used in a month is 240gb; ▶ Reply to This
