around 30 mins for vista
20mins for windows 7 build 7k
40mins for windows xp pro with sp3

updating ur drivers and other softwares depends on ur installation.! May be 1 hour .

This question depends upon too many things. It is different with ever make and model pc, and harddrive it's on. It could take as little as about an hour to all day.
