How do I add icon to .exe?

Did u try to right click and change the icons from properties?

the problem is that there is not the correct tab for changing the icon.

Create a Short Cut first then go into the properties of the Short Cut to change the Icon.

good idea, but I am planning to sell/distribute this program because it's a game I made. So that won't work very well.

Use something like Resource Tuner to open the .exe and add an icon.
