I don't think you can get any more geekier than the Big Bang Theory, so I am going to have to go for second place with Glee or Futurama here in the U.S.
I don't know much about a U.K. show called The IT Crowd other than Internet clips and writeups, but it looks like it is in the top of the Geekdom.
So does anyone have any information on how truely geeky The IT Crowd is in the U.K.?
There are quite a few clips on YouTube if you want to check them out, they are worth watching. :)

The Big Bang Theory is kind of mainstream. Geeky but not the most geeky.
I think things like Gilmore Girls (which I don't like) would carry a geekier fan base as far as real die hards go.
I also think that maybe the geekiest fan based shows are also the higher rating shows, which doesn't really make them all that geeky afterall, but it shows that geeks rule when it comes to picking shows... Fringe, Glee, Lost, ...well that's all I can think of for now but I'm sure there's more. Also, Beauty and the Geek comes on late nights here sometimes and I always end up getting sucked in.
Oh I know... Flight Of The Chonchords. That's definitely geek motivated humour, especially being produced in the US.
