Federation "Earth"

After some personal life events and experience, I am asking my self one important question.

"How about Federation Earth" ??

Why do we need countries ? and borders ?, why cant we leave in one global place, all resources of the planet will be distributed over the planet. Where is more sugar will be distributed to where it is less, where is more oil will be distributed also. It is ours, not his and not mine, it is our all of us.

Why do we need permission where to live or not to live ??
Why cant we build our home any where on the planet ??
Why Do we need Hatred ??
Why cant we live without thinking that "We are the chosen ones by God" ??

Imagine that all the effort that is spend to control the borders and develop new weapons, all that will be diverted to research of new drugs, on exploring the space, on find new technological advances. Where would the Human Race be now ?

Is it all about money, power and control ? Is there forces stronger than simple citizens ?
Can we as individuals create the change by simple saying:
WE ARE THE HUMAN RACE !!!

Can we enforce the creation of UNITED HUMANS ??

Permalink Reply by OneSide on June 25, 2009 at 8:27am: I'm not idealistic enough to believe that people will ever get along with one another on a large scale. People can live next door to each other without liking each other, and I really don't see any problem with having countries because of these cultural and ideological differences. If anything it's almost a necessity to have separate countries, since government wouldn't be able to operate with such differing interests.

I think the world can get along (well enough) even without being "United" as one huge entity.; ▶ Reply to This

I have huge supplies of water but your country suffers from lack of water origins. In my country there is a huge water well that can supply our country for the next 20 years and it is only 8 km from your border. But because our cultural and religious differences and my love for good money, I am demanding a lot of money for the water and don't really care about your people (as you say we can live next door without liking each other) so......

Natural resources are a point of contention I forgot to add into my list up there, generally speaking they make an even bigger impact on tensions than cultural, religion, and language. People (on a cultural front) can live next to each other (relatively) harmoniously as much of modern Europe does now. People cannot live next to each other comfortably if one is lacking a resource necessary for sustaining human life (water as you noted).

Don't get me wrong I would love to see a world where people lived and worked together harmoniously. It's just with how people are now it is certainly not possible. People need to change their mindset and change their priorities in order to make it work.; ▶ Reply to This

I am not "idealistic" also, I just choosing to believe in idea. And trust me I have lived threw things that in titles me "After some personal life events and experience", I leave in MDE, make the math.

All great ideas and changes started from "People need to change their mindset".
So if, starting from you, we will change from "In a word, no." to "In one word, maybe", than it is a start of people changing their mindsets.
