Do you generally think women look best with long or short hair?

I myself think long hair, of course I am partial since my hair is past my butt at a little over 3 feet long (37inches).

I wash and curl my hair every other day, wear make up and dress in the current fashions. It is all about what hair styles looks good on you and if you want to take the time to look good.
